    What happens after I purchase?

    After completing your purchase:

    1. Download the coaching app using the link provided in your confirmation email.

    2. Create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

    3. Your programme will then be assigned to your account.

  • These programmes are designed for all levels — from complete beginners building foundations to competitive athletes preparing for fights.

    The structure remains high-level. The intensity and detail are adapted to you.

  • No.

    Bronze is built specifically for beginners.

    Silver and Gold are suited to those with some experience or serious commitment.

    If you’re unsure, you can contact me directly and I’ll guide you to the right level.

  • Yes.

    I personally structure every programme, review progress, and handle communication.

    This isn’t outsourced coaching — you’re working directly with me.

  • The programmes are built around 5 training days per week.

    Sessions are structured efficiently so they can fit around work, study, or other commitments.

  • Minimum:

    • Gloves

    • Hand wraps

    • Access to a gym or heavy bag

    For higher-level programmes, running space and sparring access may be recommended.

  • These aren’t templates.
